This information is for internal use only. It will not be given to any outside agencies. By submitting this request, I understand that warranty repairs are scheduled Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and that the owner of record or an authorized representative (adult over the age of 18) must be present the entire time the repair is being completed. I further understand that I will be required, and agree, to sign off on the repair with my acceptance upon completion. I have read my LIMITED WARRANTY AND NEW HOMEOWNER ORIENTATION & WARRANTY GUIDE that was furnished to me at closing and agree this is a valid warranty request.
